Holy shit, I love living here!!
So, after last week's rock walking, we decided to take a nature walk at Ball's Falls. I thought maybe my feet could hold up for 1 km.
... I did 3.5 kms of trail walking, and my feet are fine! I didn't even have to sit down once!
Came home after my THREE AND A HALF KM hike (!!!!), decided to do my second arms/shoulders/abs routine of the week.
Literally went straight up to the gym when we got home. you know. After I walked THREE POINT FIVE KILOMETERS!
Also, increased the weights for this routine. Freedom feels good!
Porter was doing cardio as I was doing weights, and JUST as I finished my workout and walked through the cardio room, this song came on.
Kinda broke down a bit.
